Roland Sanchez-Medina, Jr. is a founding partner at SMGQ Law and a nationally recognized corporate attorney with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, real estate, and international tax planning. With degrees from the University of Miami, Boston College Law School, and an LL.M. from NYU, he advises a broad client base including major public and privately held companies. Roland currently serves as President of The Florida Bar and sits on its Board of Governors.
